Direct booking.
In order to avoid additional fees (agencies and web services +20-30%), we offer you the possibility of direct booking.
Likewise, in order to secure ourselves, we ask for a 15% advance payment for accommodation as confirmation of the reservation. The advance payment refunds are possible up to 2 months before arrival, of course this does not apply to last minute reservations that are paid in full immediately or on arrival.
The rest of the amount must be paid no later than one month before arrival or otherwise if you have agreed with us.
